Visit the first legal distillery on the Outer Banks. The Outer Banks Distilling company produces award-winning rums sure to tickle your taste buds. Buffalo City Distillery

Learn about the historic prohibition-era Moonshine Capital of the world, Buffalo City, at this tour and tasting. Buffalo City Distillery makes in-house whisky and vodka using local grains from their backland farm. After learning how these exceptional spirits are made, you'll sample a flight to help you select your favorite.

Sanctuary Vineyards Voyage

This is not your typical wine tasting. Your adventure begins with a boat ride from Duck across the scenic Currituck Sound to Jarvisburg. From there, a 4×4 safari truck will take you overlanding to the Sanctuary Vineyards. You will experience a behind-the-scenes tour of the winery and receive a private wine tasting. You'll select your favorite bottle to take home from the choices of red, white or a sweet selection.

Swells'a Brewing

This craft brewery serves a rotating list of handcrafted beers on taps in a fantastic layout. There is a Spanish-influenced taproom that has table and bar seating, a mezzanine with seating that overlooks the brewhouse, a rooftop deck with picnic table seating that overlooks the ocean, and a fenced-in outdoor space with seating and lawn games. Your experience may include a beer flight with live music or a yoga session following by a brew.

OBX Seafood Boil

A boil has become a quintessential Outer Banks experience that brings the annual seafood festival to your table. The Outer Banks Boil Company cooks snow crab legs, clams, mussels, scallops, lobster tails, jumbo shrimp, andouille sausage, potatoes, corn on the cob, and sweet Vidalia onions. Seasoned to perfection and served with homemade cocktail sauce, the Outer Banks Boil Company has been dubbed the "Best Pot on the Beach."

Breakfast at Sanderling

Located in the historic Caffey's Inlet Life Saving Station No. 5, the renovated Lifesaving Station is Sanderling's casual restaurant serving southern coastal cuisine. With a New England style atmosphere, it is known for the "best breakfast on the Outer Banks."

Downeast Rover Sunset Cruise

Sunsets in the Outer Banks are a spectacular sight. The Downeast Rover enhances that experience with their 55-foot topsail schooner! You'll cruise along the sound with the wind in your face and a drink in your hand as you take in a glorious sunset. There's no better way to celebrate another perfect OBX day.

Aqua Spa offers an oasis of serenity on the Outer Banks. You'll immerse yourself in an environment designed for full relaxation as soon as you slip into a spa robe and slippers. Nate Robinson is a true native of Hatteras Village. Over the past 28 years, he has honed his skills as a chef, working in local restaurants. His passion for cooking has led to a mastery of the craft. He will introduce you to his creativity and techniques as he prepares a superb dining experience right in front of your eyes.

Outer Banks Golf Courses 

Challenge yourself as you navigate the Outer Banks winds at three premiere courses. The Pointe Golf Club offers a golfer-friendly design with immaculate greens. Nags Head Golf Links presents a true Scottish links-style championship golf course and is a favorite of Golf Digest and Golfweek magazines. Finally, the Currituck Club is an 18-hole masterpiece designed by the legendary Rees Jones. 

All golf packages include 18 holes of golf, carts and club rentals.

Beach Horseback Riding 

There is nothing more storybook than riding horseback on the beach. This is your reality when you choose a guided horseback ride along Coquina Beach. Experience the beauty of the natural surroundings as you canter down the beach alongside your guides. These gentle horses love to take long walks on the beach and into the water. Soak up the breathtaking views on this legendary ride.

Indulge in a bit of pampering at The Spa at Sanderling Resort. This award-winning deluxe spa is a haven of tranquility. Select from their extensive menu of treatments. Once you change into a spa robe and slippers, take advantage of the whisper-zones, solarium, or eucalyptus steam rooms.

Polaris Slingshot Sightseeing

Add a little excitement to sightseeing in an open cockpit three-wheeled Polaris Slingshot. Driving a Slingshot enhances the elements and gives you an unobstructed view of some of the top attractions in the Outer Banks. You'll see the Wright Brothers National Memorial, Jockey's Ridge State Park, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Oregon Inlet Life Saving Station, Cape Hatteras National Seashore, and Jennette's Pier. Enjoy a yoga session on the beach tailored to any experience level. Your yoga instructor will come to your beach cabanas for an hour-long class. The beach environment elevates a yoga class to the next level. The sound of the waves and stunning Outer Banks scenery enhance the peaceful atmosphere.

Bodie Island

Every trip to the Outer Banks should contain a visit to one of the sentinels of the Graveyard of the Atlantic. The picturesque structure of Bodie Island Lighthouse has a storied history in the Outer Banks. Learn why this is the third Bodie Island Lighthouse and climb to the top for some of the most spectacular views. The photo opportunities at this location are magnificent.
